Davies, the leading specialist professional services and technology business serving insurance and highly regulated markets, has announced a partnership with Empower Development, the insurance professional training provider, to provide specialised learning content for its insurance apprentices.

The partnership with one of the UK’s leading providers of training for insurance professionals will provide technical bite sized digital learning content to support CII modules. This complements the support already provided by Davies to their apprentices, including their own dedicated coach, access to industry experts with a wealth of specialist technical knowledge and exclusive membership to ‘Thrive Professionally with Davies’, a social learning experience community.  Empower Development was founded by Samantha Ridgewell in 2017 to provide training courses aimed specifically at professionals in the insurance market. Empower Development’s award-winning learning content is based around real world scenarios that insurance professionals face daily and are created by trainers who have developed careers within the sector.

Davies’ apprentices who join the programme from March will now have access to an extensive range of training resources to support with their Cert CII through to Advanced Diploma, providing access to CII support anytime anywhere through ‘game-changer’ resources.

Davies continues to invest heavily in its apprenticeship programme to meet the insurance industry’s demand for highly skilled professionals, and currently has over 1750 apprentices enrolled across its programmes. The news also follows the recent announcement that Davies is now one of just 30 agencies certified by the Department of Education to offer Flexi-Job Apprenticeships.
